Custom Form Fields

You carefully plan your marketing strategy to drive traffic to your Opt-in or Registration page to attract new customers, with the purpose of turning leads into clients. Why not use the power of Kajabi to add custom data to your opt-in forms to pre-qualify leads, generate interest, give options or choices, or categorize your leads for customized follow up sequences?

You can do this quickly and easily inside Kajabi using Custom Form Fields. In the video below, Rebecca Austin walks you through setting up an example of a Webinar Registration with several date options, and you can use this same technique for any number of custom data collection and follow up automations you desire.

To create custom fields, from your Kajabi Dashboard, click on Marketing, then Forms or type "forms" into the Kajabi Assistant.

• Create a New Form or Edit an Existing Form
• Click on "Add Form Field"
• Select Form Field or "Create a New Field"
• Title your form field.  Note, this will be the customer-facing script found on the form.  Give instructions or type a question you want to be answered.
• Select the Type of Answer (Text, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, etc.)  Use Radion Buttons if you want a single answer with automated triggers upon response.
• Check the box "Mark this field required".
• Click "Save".
